in counts of dtex 22 to dtex 2200.

- SSM Precise Winding Machine
Only a precisely wound dye cheese and an appropriate winding density according to the raw material of the yarn can guarantee an equal and immculate dye result thoughout the whole bobbin. For this we did not only spent a lot of time for various testings, but also invested especially for filament flat yarns in a cutting-edge SSM precise winding machine, which enables us to wind in various diameters onto 6", 8" and 10" tubes.

Technical textiles mostly are subject of stronger forces and impacts so also our colours and dyestuffs need to meet the requirements as rub- and lightfastness as well as lightfastnees on exposure to a high temperature (DIN 75.202 / FAKRA). Hence according to the individual end use of the yarn, we can provide selected dyestuff groups and assortments. In our laboratory we develop the ideal dyeing treatment for your yarns.
