TVU is the market leader in Germany in terms of cone dyeing.
We dye:
all fibre spun and texturized yarns
almost all textile raw materials and their blends
dyeing cones of all make-ups
yarns for flat and circular knitting, weaving and technical textiles
- One of the production halls of the TVU.
For all dyeings the Oeko-Tex certificate according to the Oeko-Tex Standard, product class I is available.
"Confidence in textiles" means health friendly textiles through constant tests according to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard.
In addition to the finishing, we offer the following services:
winding on to bobbins
rewinding on to cones ready for knitting
paraffin waxing
electronic cleaning
Our daily capacity amounts to approximately 30 tons. We are able to make colour adjustments at short notice in our modern laboratory. We work around the clock in a three shift system and ensure short delivery periods.
The dyed yarns can be packed in cardboard boxes or on pallets wrapped by shrink foil.
